What is Start Moving?

Start Moving is our collection of workouts for absolute beginners, as well as anyone who needs gentle, low-impact exercise classes. Start Moving classes are either seated or standing, with no getting up and down from the floor. We avoid putting too much pressure on sensitive joints, like wrists and knees, and concentrate on balance, form, and building up healthy habits.
