Can I get a refund?
If you signed up via the website, please contact us at info@kaisafit.com for a refund. We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of purchase. Refunds for purchases older than 60 days are decided on a case-by-case basis.
If you signed up via the Apple or Google app stores, please follow the links below to request a refund. We cannot guarantee refunds, since they are managed through their respective companies, and their policies do not mirror ours.
Important: If you originally signed up for a subscription on the Apple or Android app stores, or through your Roku device, you will need to cancel your subscription and request a refund through that app store. To cancel your in-app subscriptions please follow the instructions for your device below:
