I already have an account – why can't I log in?
If you've purchased a Just Move subscription, or a workout before 2024, those are separate from the Kaisafit app. If you want to purchase the Kaisafit app, you'll need to create a new account and re-enter your payment information.

How do I access my previous purchases?
Just Move members and those who've purchased Athletic Glutes, In the Gym: Strength, Ab-alicious can find their workouts by logging in at Just Move.
Those who've purchased meal plans and older workouts or bundles (pre 2021) can find those products by logging in at Kaisafit Products.
StartMoving members and those who've purchase the Start Challenge, Start Dancing, Start Yoga, etc., can find those products by logging in at Start Moving.
